Returns and Refunds
⦁ You will be notified that your goods have been dispatched via email.
⦁ Most goods are sent either via UPS or Fed Ex.
⦁ We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Delivery Carrier however all items are tracked.
⦁ Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24 hrs via e-mail. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail or phone giving full details of any problem along with your user ID so we can retrieve the gift and refund it in full or re-ship it. Item must have an RMA # to be returned.
⦁ PERSONALIZED items can not be returned or exchanged. Any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to us for inspection must be properly packaged; we will not be responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of our company, a customer wants to return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee.
